Rhonda Dimma (Weber), who is an accomplished dance instructor with over 20 years experience, developed this fitness / dance program with her baby Ava – after gaining nearly 60 pounds of pregnancy weight.
Initially, Rhonda created the dances and exercise program just for herself and baby Ava as a solution to the challenge of being a new mother with very little time for herself. She wasn't able to get to the gym, and was devoted to spending time with her daughter.
That’s when she used her love for dance, expertise, and experience to combine both priorities – spending quality time with her daughter, while actively regaining her shape and strength. Planning and developing the dance program, resulted in a great exercise routine for herself – and a fun activity that her baby loved. It has had a very positive impact on both their lives.
Rhonda is Certified through the Canadian Dance Teachers Association (C.D.T.A.) and has recently completed Emergency First Aid & CPR for Infants and young children.
