The dance combinations are a blend of traditional aerobic moves, dance and freestyle.
For each exercise, instructor Rhonda Dimma will demonstrate the proper form – then you follow along to the beat of variety of fun, motivating music.
The Class features: warm-up, 3-6 Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced dance routines, 1 Stretch, Cool-down routine, 1 Cuddle-Time slow dance.
