Baby Steps Dance Class is a fun challenging cardio workout for you and your pint-sized partner. It offers an excellent workout and your baby loves the intimate interaction with mommy. It's also a chance to meet new moms, introduce your child to music and movement, and a great way to learn to dance!
Step by step, moms will increase endurance, cardiovascular health, flexibility and improve mood while grooving to a blend of traditional aerobic, dance and freestyle moves.
The 45 minute class is great for babies at least 6 weeks of age and up, as long as you feel comfortable with them in the carrier or your arms for the length of the class. It's fun, safe, and effective. It's also great for your child's development, and it's great for your body.
